Nowadays, we face a lot of health issues in the world. Numerous health diseases, infections, and viruses have spread because of the inability to take care of our body properly. Last week, I heard students complaining about their sickness — flu. I, too, was sick for a day.
Since the Junior High School Department has installed air conditioners inside every classroom, we must be more thorough in taking care of our bodies to prevent sickness from spreading fast. Eat right. Drink plenty of water and sleep early, so that we can be more immune to viruses.
Sometimes, health issues attack those who do not have proper diet and exercise. In certain cases, like in the US, the rate of obesity is alarmingly high because of improper food intake. Many families eat foods high in sugar and preservatives due to their lack of time to cook.
You should always eat organic food and watch your diet. It also helps a lot if you exercise daily to strengthen your body, heart, lungs, etc. Joining sport clubs and going to a gym are examples of fitness activities. Remember that you can always benefit from taking care of your own body. It doesn’t hurt to have a healthy lifestyle.
